Excellent experience! I loved being able to book online for a routine oil change. The team went above and beyond by catching an upcoming recall and replacing my starter, all faster than expected. The waiting area was super comfortable with fresh bread and cold drinks, making it a great place to relax and read. The complimentary car wash was a wonderful touch. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall, I had a decent experience, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved. On the positive side, communication was good throughout the process. I appreciated the convenient payment link, the video showing my vehicle in the shop, and the general breakdown of the work being performed. I also appreciated the small discount they applied to the final bill because of the issues and delays. My biggest concerns were the amount of time my vehicle was in the shop and the overall cost. It often felt like there wasn’t a clear diagnosis of the actual problem. Instead, I was told several different things that could be wrong, with each possibility carrying an additional cost. I would have preferred a more thorough diagnostic process to identify the root cause rather than replacing or recommending parts based on possibilities. The repair timeline was also extended because technicians were out or on vacation, which added to the frustration. By the end of the experience, I still didn’t feel there was a definitive resolution to the original problem—just more delays and increasing costs. Embarrassingly, I had a flat tire and three looooow tires. Rubi fabulously was able to get me in, 4 tires ordered, full alignment, oil changed. It drives so much more smoothly now, I’ve been dedicated to Athens BMW since I moved here in 1992. As always great service, top-notch parts and supplies, knowledgeable staff. Thanks , Rubi

The check engine light was on, but I was unable to schedule an online appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I called Rubi at the dealership and she was able to get me in right away. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem and completed repairs promptly. Although the repair costs were higher than I expected, my Service Advisor Rubi was able to lower the cost with dealer discounts. The dealership did a great job meeting my needs and Rubi is always professional, friendly, and takes care of my vehicle needs. Service Advisor Brian Wilson is also very helpful and steps in if Rubi is not available. I highly recommend using the dealership for your BMW services.

Over all an amazing experience from beginning to end. Athens, has the lowest price BMW electric within a 200 miles radius. They give top dollars for the trade in and working with you on the right vehicle. Dakota went above and beyond. He followed up on a lead I sent in about BMW I4, I informed him I had a trade in. We discussed numbers and within 3 hours, I was approved. After I was approved I drove an hour am half to trade in vehicle. There was no hiccups, explain the things he shared on the phone would be the same in person. I appreciate transparency and have my vehicle ready for me once I arrive. Over all, great experience!
